It should be available in most locations next week, Oct 5th. The USA fans might have to wait till next year again if they want to pick it up at a local bookstore. They thought they might not have time to unpack the container the books came in because of the Christmas rush? Frankly early October you would think they would have enough time to unpack the books and sell them. It would be a good boost for the Destiny's Conflict sales figures to get the USA Christmas sales.
