Which author do you favor? Stephen King or Clive Barker?

The Dark Tower Has no-one read The Dark Tower books yet??? They're brilliant. The Stand is still my favourite. I also love The Green Mile. Oh Hell I just love them all. :D:D

What's the general perception of Stephen King here? I have to admit, I only read a few of his novels - but generally I often felt disappointed at the end - as if there was no clear closure to the story. And I had the misfortune to read "The Stand" - the unabridged version. It goes down as...

There has been a rumour for some months that King is to quit. Entertainment Weekly says that it is true he will not publish any more, but he can never stop writing.

Eyes of The Dragon How many of you people have read this book???I loved it...the way King wrote it intrested me...I find the story itself would either suck or be great depending on who told it...and King mastered it!

Rose Red Has anyone been watching Rose Red? It's on ABC(here in the US). It's pretty good, kinda creapy in places. I'll have to check out the book when I get a chance, it'll probably bet MUCH better. :blpaw:
