Dr Sleep

Hmm... I like the sound of the title. It'd be great if it's the sequel of The Shinning. And hope it's not going to be as massive as Under the Dome.

Thanks for the news.

Very good book so far, I like the story and his characterisation is excellent as well. It seems he has less diarrhea of the typewriter on this one.

I read this recently. I enjoyed it readily enough, though it didn't really wow me. Characterisation was good, though the ending was rather formulaic and predictable for me. Lacked pace in the first half too, I thought. Not scary, but was entertaining.

Its more of a suspenseful SK novel than a scary one. Even the villains are getting my sympathy, even though I dont want to sympathise with them.

This is not the blockbuster the Shining, was but a good sequel non the less.
He puts his experience as an addict to good use, as a cat lover ( I've got 4 of the little b*****'s) I liked how he used the one in the hospice.
I think the idea for the cat is based on true life, I'm sure I read a story in the paper about this.
