Genesis Fleet: Vanguard by Jack Campbell

I' know we've a few Jack Campbell readers on the Chrons now, so who else spotted this new offering coming along?

It's a prequel to the Lost Fleet set, I think, in the earliest days of the Alliance. Might be interesting.

Not me. I've still got to read the last Lost Stars book but I said while the Beyond the Frontier/Lost Stars stuff was going on that I wasn't going to keep up with yet another sub-series and that was just speaking in general. But it is indeed a prequel and that makes it even easier to resist, for me. I have enjoyed the previous series a great deal, though.
