I am presently listening to this audio book and loving it! I've always been a bit of snob about anthologies thinking that they wouldn't match up to a "real" novel, but Through the Wormhole, and First Contact -- the first (I think) of this line both are really good reads. I've read most of First Contact and listened to about half of Through the Wormhole and I don't find the changes of writing styles and stories disconcerting at all. This is an offer to take advantage of!
