I read the horse scene when I was about 16 and cried. I don't think you're ever old enough for that one..

It always reminds me of the end of Boxer in Animal Farm - that upset me for days...

I do almost hope that they don't want me to quit reading the stories. (The book arrives today according to Amazon.) I keep thinking that they are going to be bored and want to play with their Mama's I pad rather than listen to a "boring" book. It would be such a pleasure to have them excited about a story.
