A Darkness at Sethanon

Ratsy, I really enjoyed the first 2 and am going on a more tradtional fantasy story binge. Plus REF got me reading fantasy. I am bored of the grimness fantasy has become and want adventure and landscapes and magic, there are clear cut heroes and baddies. You are right its nostalgic

I progressed further into this book but was put off with the very unoriginal cat people scenes. Does this continue in the series or even the later books?
