Book Hauls!

A slim little volume full of such valuable advice as:

"DON'T wear dressing gown and slippers anywhere out of your bedroom. To appear at table or in any company in this garb is the very soul of vulgarity."
I thought the whole point of dressing gown and slippers was so that you could raid the fridge in the middle of the night without getting cold....?

They were free.... as if that's any justification.
I had no idea they did novelization for the 1978 film Piranha , wow.:)

Ian Cameron, ive read The Lost Ones aka Island at that Top of the World and excellent read. I going to hazard a guess that In Cameron solve that is an alt title to The Mountains at the Bottom of the World which i've not read and only seen one copy in aused book store and foolishly didn't buy it when I had the chance .:(

The Gladiator series by Edward Thompson ive never heard of, but the good reads and others say its a fun series to read.

I just picked up The Way of Kings by Bandon Sanderson after having had recommended to me numberous times. Las picked up a copy of The Gods are A-Thirst by Anatole France. it can found under the title The Gods Will have Blood. It's the second copy of this book ive ever seen and the isrt in hardcover.

Sadly the Pirahna has a cracked spine and the pages are coming out. My initial ironing the spine trick didn't work - the glue was just too old and brittle - so I'm going to take it pieces, page by page, and reglue it.

The Ian Cameron has 'previously published as The Mountains at the Bottom of the World' on the back.
