Episode 2 continues the strong and powerful start to season 2. Mike's vulnerability is great, as is Nancy's guilt over Barbara and concern that everyone's forgotten about her missing/dead friend.
It's also good to see some flashbacks as to what happened at Eleven after the climax to season 1, and her still trying to cope with the real world.
The rotting pumpkins are spooky and intriguing, and presumably connected to Will's vision - which in themselves are truly disturbing.
Overall, though, I'm loving how the events of season 1 has consequences - which are being played out in season 2, while also rolling in another wave of the supernatural plot.
