First computer to sing - and guess what the song was

Another trivia tidbit:
"Science-fiction author Arthur C. Clarke witnessed the IBM 704 demonstration during a trip to Bell Labs in 1962 and referred to it in the 1968 novel and film 2001: A Space Odyssey, in which the HAL 9000 computer sings "Daisy Bell" during its gradual deactivation."
Also, as has been pointed out many times, HAL consists of the letters immediately preceding IBM in the alphabet.

The SID chip made the Commodore 64. Forget your modern games with cinematic, high definition audio; there's nothing to compare with the fantastic tunes composed by the likes of Martin Galway, Rob Hubbard and Sid Hubbard. Listening to The 'Ocean loaders' instantly takes me back a quarter of a century.
