(Found) ISO bunch oh tourists get trapped in spaceship getting ready to leave

Okay, I read this in the 90's. Novel, Paper back book. It was in a friend of my parents library so unlikely to be have been new. No idea of the author.
The book has a bunch of people visiting a crashed ship that I think was turned into an attraction. While inside the ship something happens that causes the ship to become active and begin take off procedure. They have to escape.
