Carrie Henn on playing Newt in Aliens

I didn't know Newt was Carrie Henn's first - and last - serious acting role. Here's a piece where she was interviewed by Wired last year:

Apparently the aliens on set didn't bother her much, though.

Am surprised Henn did not pursue a career in acting because she would have been successful in much the same way Natalie Portman is when she hit stardom as a 10 or 11 year old in the rather excellent "Leon:the Professional"

Also a very brave girl facing all those horrors on-set during the making of "Aliens". Am surprised it didn't leave any mental scars.

Her best quote from the film "We'd better get back, because it'll be dark soon, and they mostly come at night..... mostly!"
