All you have to do is reply and when you do that you'll see the option 'ATTACH FILE' on the left below the grey answering field.
You can browse your piccies and select one.
And then click 'SUBMIT REPLY'.

I hope it'll work.
But you really just have to click on the 'browse' button next to 'attach file'.
Then...well, browse your files D ) and double click on the pic you wanna attach.
