I have found the next best thing. I have been playing this not very long, but its so immersive u wouldn't believe me.

It looks similar to the thing Koala is trying to set up at ASciFi (see ASciFi Announcements/games).

I can't say for sure since I haven't time now to look at it ("each turn lasts three hours" it says.)
