4.01 Th Ghost

Wow! Fire beats quake.
The new Ghost Rider character pyrotechnics are much more impressive than that ghostly stuff that's turning people into dark, hollow-eyed maniacs.

yup - 2 epi's in and really enjoying this season. GR is great!

Interesting new turn of events. I'm glad the Ghost Rider didn't turn out to be the recurring villain whose name I have inexplicably forgotten from previous series. I want him to stay dead.

An interesting episode. Didn't feel particularly grabbed - and actually struggled to remember much of what had happened before (possibly because so much happened at such a frenetic pace). However, enough promise to want to see more.

Like the effects as well, though the flaming skull is a little bright and clean looking for me somehow.

Pity they didn't have one of the incarnations of Ghost Rider who actually rode something i.e. a motorbike. I'm guessing whoever made those Ghost Rider films a while back still has the rights to the classic version of the character though so it probably can't be helped.

Opening scene with Daisy getting dressed was weirdly fanservicey as well.

On the other hand I love the way they're expanding the MCU and will take any version of GR they want to use.
