I found Dreamforge Anvil an especially interesting online magazine, as it's possible to read the line edits and notes the editor sends to the authors of published stories, as well as articles on the craft of writing itself.
They have a Kickstarter with writing and art workshops available (I attended one of Wulf Moon's last year so can recommend his already):
