February / March 100 Word Anonymous Challenge Discussion

Well one of mine got 3 votes which I was very pleased with, and another got none at all.

It's a quite common phenomenon amongst winners of the 75-word challenges that the minds of those who choose the theme and genre go spectacularly blank.

EDIT: By the way, I've never entered one of these Anonymous challenges, so The Big Picture is not my work. (I hope, by saying so, I haven't broken the challenge rules.)

And there was me convinced that you'd written Gone With The Groan.

I-m useless. ell, I know who submitted five enties, but judging anyone's style?? And allowing multiple entries only makes it more complicated. I used to do spreadsheets, US vs UK spelling, rejecting anyone who chose anentry as not being the person who wrote it, and a few logic links. Now, basically nothing works.

This should be a good reference collection of stories for the next ‘guessing’ challenge, if anyone wants to compare writing styles.

Many thanks for the votes @Ian Fortytwo @The Scribbling Man (y)

And thanks for for all the mentions, short listings etc

I hope everyone got the Lon Chaney reference in my humble little effort (The Spy Who)

And it took me ages to find a single word to complete the title that meant being drained of blood.
Thank heavens for thesauruses (thesauri?)
