Hello everyone. I've signed up in the hope of tracking down a book I read when I was a child in the mid 70's early 80's. All I can remember was that it was one of a series of books with a main character who has some kind of Wolverine skeleton. There was a scene where he appears before the local court and it is clear that the whole process is quite tongue in cheek. I've turned my parents house upside down looking for it. I know it's not much but if anyone can help it would be appreciated.. Thanks all. R

People looking for kid's book with wolverine-type skeleton from that time period often find that the answer is Douglas Hill's Last Legionary series. I don't recall any humorous court scenes, myself, but it's been a long time since I've read it.

I have no idea what it is, but if it has a courtroom scene in then it definitely isn't the 'Last Legionary' series. (Realise that's not much help, but maybe I've at least saved you a wild goose chase.)
