As most people has realised X-Men Origins: is going to be the pre text to a series of films that can simply go on for a long time, there has already been X-Men Origins: Wolverine and there will be a sequel to that film, but there are more on the way.
The rumour mill has it that there are several films already in the planning stages with various titles such as Deadpool and First Class, but there is one film that has moved into the advanced planning stages and that is X-Men Origins: Magneto.
Dark Knight screenwriter David Goyer has been rumoured to have been brought in to pen the Magneto story, this could be as early as next year. The role that had been played so brilliantly by Sir Ian McKellen will be seen from a different angle.
