Couldn't find another thread about this upcoming convention, so I thought I might as well create one!
BICS will be held in Birmingham on the 16-17th of October and have guests like renowned fantasy artist Charles Vess.

I've never been to BICS before, so I can't tell you from personal experience what it's like, but I've heard some great things about it from my friends.
