Wow, just made 1 mistake, and even that was close with Eddard needing to be Edderion.

Many years after some Flea Bottom boy sees a similar design.

Did I make it too hard or didn't anybody get around to doing this?
 
I have no idea. I have a thought it's something to do with the Dunk and Egg stories, and they all perish at Summerhall, but I'm not remotely confident...
 
Initially i thought it was about ser Duncan shield (the sigil he had painted on it, i think a tree with a shooting/falling star). I recall something about Brienne or someone else picking it out in the armory.

I let that idea go, since i didn't see what Tyrion and an arryn bannerman had to do with it.
