do you? i have this weird idea that a either a skilled or witted six duchies citizen would be waiting there ready to use their powrs.

Didn't 'Windrow' (I think) sort of 're-generate' himself through the liveship, hence a dragon? My memory isn't intact but I think it was something along that line.

Shouldn't dragons be able to do so then? As the storyline grows the dragons seem to be recovering their memories/'powers'...
