Tom Fletcher books query

Tom Fletcher:
Thomas Michael Fletcher (born 17 July 1985)
Is with the group McFly but, I've recently learned, is also an author of horror books.

I've looked at the blurbs for his novels and he has four of them set in my area, North West Cumbria, with one actually set in my hometown Whitehaven.

Googling reveals he grew up in Manchester and he is married to a lady of Italian descent, I can't find out why he chose my neighbourhood to set his stories.

Does anyone know?

The Thomas Fletcher in your link looks like a different Fletcher BDay 1984
Though it appears that amazon had conflated them they are not always correct.

That explains it - I think?

This is going to take a bit of digging now to see which Tom Fletcher is which.
And they both write!
