Star Trek: Enterprise - What Price Honor?

I just started reading What Price Honor? by Dave Stern. I've been using the Star Trek Reading Order website (sorry, I don't have enough posts yet to supply the link) as a template for the Star Trek reading/watching order. However the website's forum isn't easy for me to register an account. Can anyone tell me if this book takes place in 2151 or 2152? Some of the dates in the first few pages of the book aren't matching up.
And, does anyone use the reading order website I listed above?

I'm not sure what is that website you are looking for, but I can confirm the year from Prologue: Captain ready's room 1/15/2151 1745 hours.
