Val Kilmer

I liked his movies. A wide range of characters and subjects. He had a good screen and stage presence, seemed like he could just be there, and everyone else had to run to catch up to him.

I never thought of him as an actor I liked but then I look back at the films I've seen him in and can't think of a bad performance.
His cameo in Top Gun: Maverick was hard to watch but also good to see.

I think his Doc Holliday in Tombstone was an absolutely Oscar worthy performance - it was phenomenal and his best role in my opinion.

From everything I have read and seen of Val he was a really good man.

May he RIP and find eternal peace. Amen.
I've just read that Michael Biehn [Johnny Ringo] said he never met Val Kilmer only Doc Holliday.

Recommend Spartan and Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang.

Great actor.

I haven't seen Tombstone, but Top Gun was one of my favorite movies for a very long time. Real Genius was hilarious. I also enjoyed The Ghost and the Darkness.
