I would also agree with Firefly, Hitchhikers and Buffy but also add Lexx. Cheesy at times definitely NSFW and very inventive. I must watch it again sometime

The new(er) BSG has its own cult of lovers and another of haters.
I enjoyed it myself, and right up to the end; although there were times it got itself a bit lost.

It did, but it always had the knack of coming back with a tremendous episode or story.

One of the few series that i have watched more than once, and probably will do so again.

The old movie channel here just did a night where they showed two Kolchak movies

That's awesome. Originally the two TV movies were from novels authored by Jeff Rice. Later producer, Dan Curtis, created the television series which ran from 1974 to 1975.

Ironically I was thinking about re-watching the first TV movie, The Night Stalker. I've only seen it about fifty times.
