That is a polite way of expressing it. Upside is that a lot of farmers around here are finally able to get their hay done. You need four or five sunny breezy days in a row from cutting to baling. Preferably a couple of dry days to dry out the ground, then cut the hay onto the dry ground and so on. Morning dew doesn't help but the weather is good hay weather.
