I liked her a lot but I got a bit cheesed off with every other little firm, (plumbing, gardening, mini cabs etc) having "Simply the best" on its business signs.
She was mega cool as Auntie Entity in Mad Max beyond the thunderdome.

Rough, seeing so many of our heroes aging out.

It just occurred to me that none of the tributes or obits, Print, online, or Television I have seen went much deeper than Proud Mary.

Maybe a little Private Dancer and way too much about Ike. Certainly never remembering this:

Yeah, the acid queen - I remember watching Tommy in the cinema, mainly because they filmed a (edited out in final release) scene at the coal mine I was working at back then.
