Beneath Ceaseless Skies publishes “literary adventure fantasy”: stories with a secondary-world setting and some fantasy feel, but written with a literary approach.

I have been published by Swords and Sorcery Magazine.

You can also try searching The Grinder and Ralan.

Beneath Ceaseless Skies is a good suggestion. There is also Fantasy Magazine and if you visit Lightspeed Magazine , you'll find that the fantasy stories each month are clearly defined and separate from the SF stories.
