First Novel Competition

I saw it is limited to residents of the UK. Also the genre is confusing, from the article it says "The novel must, in the Publisher’s opinion, be suitable for publication under the “Sphere” imprint’s fiction list (but must not be in the sci-fi, fantasy or horror genres)"
