I have a chapter title called Rising Back Ten-Thousand Fold. Spell checkers and google have been giving me mixed answers on how to correctly write it. The capitalization of the title is also making me scratch my head.

Yes I'd go along with Ten Thousandfold (two words, no dash in-between) . If you can have a hundredfold, I don't see why you can't multiply it.?
