Forgotten anime/cartoon series

A cartoon/anime series where a group of school students hunts monsters and ghosts with the help of a book which gives info about them.
I remember a particular episode where they would have to hunt down a headless rider on a bike.
Aired(approximation) - 2005 - 2011
Location - India
TV channels(any one of these) - Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Pogo.

i have been searching for this a lot but haven't found it so far... Will be really helpful if anyone knows about it.
