It'll be interesting to see if the scientists can come up with a simplified model of when to expect winds whirling round the globe and when to expect roiling storms ejecting into space - and how they transition from one to the other as the star changes.

Cool. And no surprise, really?
I believe Brown Dwarfs are potential stars which failed to ignite because their mass is slightly below 'star quality'?
