here is what i have right now

What ideas do you have so far? Setting: On Mars
Main Character:Monroe
Monroe escaped earth as it was about to explode from an alien warfare tech from universe 12 the most technologically advanced universe.

Chaotic Conditions of Earth prior to impact.
It was the year 5249,Earth was way into technology they even sent millionaires to Mars who are still living there but have lost their way to Earth on Mars. There have been wars between universes.

Universe 12
How was it discovered? Why are they attacking Earth? What does their technology look like?

Welcome to Chrons:giggle:. You might want to put a post in Introductions to tell people a little bit about yourself.

Are you looking for commentary on your ideas on Mars/Universe 12 as they stand, or help in developing them further? I'm too much of a pantser to be able to help much with novel planning/design but there are plenty of others here who might be able to help, and can perhaps point you to useful resources both here and elsewhere.

A few additional things I would like to know as the writer:
How did Universe 12 and earth discover each other?
What is the level of technology for each species?
How long has it been going on?
What are the different ways people can travel and different locations being used?
What is the goal for Monroe? Will they be working alone or with others? How close does Monroe get to their goal? What are the consequences of their actions or inactions?

Something I have just found that might help is Writing Excuses

This is a long (15 seasons and counting) series of short (20 min) pod casts. I have started with season 1, episode 1 and the first episodes deal with the start of creating a story plot. I strongly recommend listening to the actual pod cast (via Download button) rather than reading the transcript option. The transcript does not seem to capture the full discussion and the speakers (Brandon Sanderson, Howard Tayler, and Dan Wells) have a very engaging style, are interesting to listen to, and discuss useful ideas.

Don't be put off by it being a pod cast. It is not simply a monologue by someone, but comes across as an invigorating discussion of ideas behind the craft of writing.
