The book got off to a slow start partly because I'd just finished the Keep and was expecting something similar-the Tomb is totally different. Anyway things quickly ramp up and it gets interesting, concerning itself with Indian history, mystical beasts, talismen, and a guy called Repairman Jack, who of course has his own series. The only trouble is the books I have on the bookshelf are not Repairman Jack books so I'm gonna have to hunt them down if I'm to continue the series. In the meantime I will continue with the Adversary series, the next one being The Touch.
Overall The Tomb (original title Rakoshi) is a pretty decent, pacy thriller and I hope to read more in that series.

The Tomb was a very good book. So was The Keep and if not mistaken it too is part of a series and both series come together.

The Tomb was the first F. Paul Wilson book I read and my introduction to both the Adversary Cycle and Repairman Jack.

I read the entirety of the Repairman Jack books a few years ago and it was a blast. Jack is a hugely enjoyable anti-hero, totally recommended.
