I haven't seen this film - went under my radar - but a recent discussion about women at NASA mentioned the film so I took a look at the triler:


Looks exactly like the sort of thing my family would enjoy, so I'm going to set this up for our next film weekend. :)
 
I've seen this. My sister is a mathematic teacher so she liked it a lot so she played it for us (Don't worry, not really about mathematics, for those squeamish about that! It is about computers though ;) )

Not the greatest movie in the world, but very enjoyable.
 
I thought this movie was amazing. The title is very apt. Professors and teachers of history would do well to include more African American figures into their lessons rather than relegating them to February and glossing over their achievements.
 
Read the book, and the story is amazing. In checking with the movie I discovered that the movie version took some liberties in the name of tension and making points, but the story was largely true and most certainly needs to be widely taken to heart.
