(Found) Short story prior to 1965

When I was a kid I was given a book of short science fiction stories by my teacher. I never forgot one of them and would like to find it. It was about a man who was outside and he felt a pin prick on him. (It was a space ship). The entities colonized him. He would communicate with them and they built a large civilization. The benefits were that he would live to be over 100 and have no health troubles because they would destroy anything in him that might be a problem. The only thing was that he couldn't shave with a razor for fear of cutting himself and wiping out a suburb or drink because that would kill them all. He, in turn, colonized a woman by having sex with her. After some time, he made a mistake and got drunk. When he woke up, the voices were silent. He had destroyed them all. The end of the story, he is starting to call the woman, hoping to get the entities back again.
Anybody know the name of that story?
