(Found) Novel about prophecy

Hello. I'm trying to remember the title of a 2016 or 2015 novel set in a secret underground facility in New York. It has multiple points of view. One point of view follows an invader who organizes the infiltration of the facility (she comes from a poor family in Kentucky?). Another follows a cyborg defender who's connected to the founders -- a man and a woman (the woman has prognosticate powers). Another follows a "red shirt" who flees the violence. Another follows the founder, who found the mother of one of the other protagonists and took her away. The novel ends with the cyborg wreaking vengeance on the infiltrator. Any thoughts? Thanks.
