Did anyone catch this? It's the story of the first Mission to Mars. Yes, another one...

It is very slow and more of a near-future drama than full on scifi, but I was blown away by the writing and execution of this series. Sean Penn is always a pleasure to watch, and the rest of the cast is good too.

And I loved the music.

Recommended for its realism and engaging characters.

I'm about half way through. Sean Penn is good. I'm liking the father daughter relationship. It does have good characters but I think it's a little slow.
