Good morning Eddings fans!

I have been trying to remember a Belgarath quote from the Belgariad series . . . the interweb searches have failed me and I really don't want to dig out the books and search in the old school monk fashion. I'm hoping someone here remembers it.

Belgarath is talking to Garion and says something to the effect "don't get caught up in right and wrong, that confuses things, it's us versus them. It makes it easier."

Does anyone remember that?

Thnak you in advance!

Aye. Have a dream !
In the, "Malloreon," he makes a similar statement to Durnik, I think at Kell;

"Good and Evil ?" Asked Durnik.

"I prefer Them and Us," he then goes on to say something along the lines of emotional baggage. This is shortly after Durnik is confirmed as a disciple.

Hmmm . . . maybe that's it and I confused who he was talking with.

Thank you!
