Possible ideas for a "All Reality Destroying" weapon.

It would be a device that turns any atom into hydrogen atoms, putting matter back to its original state, only hydrogen atoms. It wouldn't destroy everything but it would put everything back to where there was only hydrogen atoms, basically empty space before there were stars, planets, etc, nothing big. After the big bang but before stars and planets started forming. It would be perfectly natural and get rid of everything without getting rid of anything. All the mass would still be present. By resetting all the atoms that could cut any links to alternate universes. The attraction between the neutrons and the protons goes blank for a moment in a contained area, causing the neutrons to either dissipate harmlessly, or get absorbed by surrounding atoms, while the remaining protons and electrons form pairs, making hydrogen. It would put things back to the original components of space, which was mostly hydrogen. Or it could make the atoms fall apart and reform as a number of deuterium atoms or a mixture of hydrogen and deuterium, that would keep everything in house.

I mean "All Reality" sounds cool but why does it need to be "All Reality? Is your human civilization Kardashev Type IV? If not then could it not be something that has a massively adverse affect on humanity but is relatively limited to our spiral arm or galactic cluster?

Just a suggestion but what about a big implosion event. Like a reverse big bang, would be kool if you have to be at the centre of the Universe to get desired effect.

Change the force the gravity exerts. Stronger or weaker, either would be devastating.
