The moon's magnetic field lasted longer than thought

Not a major story, but could be an interesting missing piece as we continue to unravel the moon's origins:

Moon’s magnetic field lasted twice as long as we thought it did

Especially interesting to note that Venus and Mars are the only planets in the solar system not to have magnetic fields. :)

Mars used to have a magnetosphere which has since died, only to leave pockets of magnetic fields on the surface. So this discovery about the Moon's magnetic field may indirectly impact on our missions to Mars - if we ever get to go there!
 
There are some wild theories about Mr. Moon, but I reckon the truth might be even harder to believe than, say - it's a giant hollow spaceship.
 
Yes, it is aluminium-flavored, heavy metal cheese, they will mine it soon, to build cellphone towers with, so the astronauts can stay in touch with family, and netflix.
