I just love it! I first noticed it in last night's (S2 #18) episode, in the 1960s BATMAN, it came right after the announcer says something like "But wait, the worst is yet to come" and at changing of scenes.

Ah! Got it now. That few notes takes me back a lot of years - I remember them playing, like you said, at scene changes.

Occasional episodes on FreeSat channel 'Yesterday' but they never seem to be in proper series order, only the 3 or 4 part stories are.
