British SF Magazines?

The only magazine I ever subscribed to was the excellent but long defunct Omni.
I just picked up a couple of copies of a magazine called Sci Fi Now from about 10 years back. Hoping to rekindle some of that magic.
However I can best describe the reader experience as looking at a wall from which 5 layers of posters have been partially ripped.
Physically it is of high 'glossy' quality but It felt like a visual migraine of press releases.
Anyone else hate or love it?
