Dr Strange: trailer

Watched this again and still really enjoyed it - especially appreciated the philosophy behind it, not least about mind-bending reality.

I'm actually a little surprised there hasn't been the emergence of a popular SF genre based on the concept.

Inception looked and felt very similar to me - the whole dream logic thing. (Dreamscape?)

I recall a really excellent SF book where the main character moves through worlds by lucid dreaming. Can't remember the title or author, though.

One of Denis Quaid's better films. It came out the same year as Nightmare on Elm Street. I've wanted them to make the Dreamscaper vs Freddy long before they thought about Jason.

That would be psychedelic.

Was that the one where he went to cure people of their nightmares by going into their dreams?
