Just watched the first episode,I've noticed a few differences from the book. My biggest gripe would be the change in name and not given the yellow ticket guy his 50 cents. Although I think it will be worth watching.
 
Finished the eight episodes and thought it was quite good. I didn't read the book but the ending worked for me.
