Nova Corps TV Series?

I think the Nova Corps would work great as a TV Series and since none of the big name directory people are wanting to do this. I was wondering how one would go about pitching an idea like that to Marvel. I do have a working concept for the idea, but I guess one would have to know Joss Whedon personally to even attempt it? Has anybody on here ever try to sell a TV show?

I think you'd get stonewalled if you go straight to Marvel. Along the lines of "Disney does not take unsolicited offers or ideas." I'd make a kickstarter and create awareness or what not.

The Nova Corps already has some potential as a recurring presence on the animated Guardians TV show.
