blah - flags. So many flags.
So, I'm on a world tour.

This began accidentally when my uncle's sister sent a pic of Abendau under a road sign in Wales and posted it on Facebook. Since then I've had pictures of it in Italy masquerading on a bookcase, Australia, twice, once by @mgilmour on the ipad and an upside down paperback pic from Rosemary.

Then @ratsy took one in Canada, and one is en route in a suitcase to Portugal for a pic. And obviously there's loads in sweet little Northern Ireland.

So, I need one in America, Chronners, (I think they're arriving at the moment, yay!), and in England and Scotland, maybe. France? Etc Etc. Could be good craic, and it's only a bit of fun. If anyone does post one here, Facebook or Twitter, tag me and I'll pick it up and share it around. :)

(I might even mention it in my interview today if it comes up... or is that too silly for words?)

Most misleading thread title ever. o_O

Wonder if they are here in NZ yet? Maybe I should go have a look in the local shops?

Well, you have to get people reading a thread somehow. ;)

I think Rosemary had to order it in, Warren, but she did manage to get it via a bookshop in Australia. Or, if you order the paperback on Amazon, doesn't POD allow it to be delivered anywhere? @Gary Compton would know better than me.

Yeah, I could order it from Amazon, but would take like 2 weeks to get here (and the postage is crazy) but if I had to order it in through a bookshop then it's going to take that long anyway.

Post an image of cover we can print and wrap on existing book and hold under our local sign...

Though I suppose if you are doing that you can just download the places too! :)

It's lovely today - really spring-like. Pun unintended.

My 'book-book' is in Birmingham at the moment, but I'll pop out later and take a pic with the e-book cover. :)

Edited to say: I'm going to Brazil in July so will also take a pic there. ;)

This is a cool idea. I am thinking a competition. Best pic wins #1 in the hardback? Maybe @Brian Turner could create a vote for it with say closing date 3oth June?

T'would be cool, but there are some non-chronners involved too, we'd need to think how to incorporate them. Could we find some impartial judges?

But it's just a bit of fun, sparked by a couple of relatives on their hols. :) In fact, here'a a wee blog on it: http://jozebwrites.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/my-world-tour.html

The Masters would have been awesome, @Parson! And I'm so glad it's there. :)
