I quite enjoyed the episode with Monroe's parents, even if it is a little odd that his parents call him by his surname. The evening with his parents just didn't go that well for Monroe did it.

Do we know whether it's his first or last name though? I don't remember the show ever specifically stating.

I think the name Eddie has been mentioned, but this seems to have been forgotten, in fact it seems the actor playing the part has dismissed this so who knows?
