I think it has something to do with the ISBN, Gary, and whether the book is available in hard copy just yet. They don't do book covers for books that are only available in Kindle. So that would be something for you to untangle.

It was tricky and I can't remember how exactly I did it but it did have to do with the isbn and linking it to the kindle store. I'll see if I can find out how I did it! Good show, Sue!

Edit I think I did it through the author dashboard.
